Elections "Lock Her Up!" how about "You Got Duped!"

Hillary Clinton didn't call all Trump supporters deplorables, she called a subset of Trump supporters deplorables. You do realize that right and it was the truest words that could possibly be said about them. Besides she didn't lose because of the deplorables comment, it was the Comey letter being released 11 days before the damn election that did her in. You do realize that right?

lolz @ trying to downplay/spin "half"

on a related note, remember when hillary declared that a cartoon frog was a white supremacist?

If you vote for another Hitler-loving, lying ass Clinton in the White House, yes, you've been duped.

Said it before and I'll say it again, Obama and Trump were elected for the same reason: People want something different.

People are fed up with the 2 party system doing shitty slight of hand acts, while actual things, such as our infrastructure (thanks Obama) are in need of attention.

Combine that with a rising cost of living, lower wages, less incentive to actually work/produce, 4 generations competing for low-paying jobz, illegals driving down wages, welfare queenz who pop out copies of themselves getting to sit on their increasingly fattening ass while others work all day for theirs...

Yep. Lock her up. No more God damned life-long politicianz, with their soft, weak, dick-beaters they call their hands, who haven't worked a damn day in their sissy lives telling real people what's what.

lol

Pretty sure she lost because she's a horrible cunt, who is so unlikeable, that her and her billion dollar campaign, couldn't beat a celebrity candidate with no political experience.

One could argue it was this, or it was that, that ultimately cost her the election, but those are just excuses. What lost her the election was being Hillary Clinton.

That kind of language is part of the reason why Trump is president. Hillary Clinton's "basket of deplorables" remark was a major political blunder that will still be talked about many years from now. She alienated half the country and lost because of it but you throw it around like it was a high point in her campaign. You do realize that right?

You'd think this moronic and divisive comment would be remembered, but it clearly ranks behind her criminal activity (mishandling of classified info) and the DNC shenanigans to undercut Sanders, yet both of those monumental shitstorms are well in the rear view and you've got sycophants celebrating her getting away with outright criminal behavior.

Unfortunately, the pivot towards "muh Russia" and Trumps own special brand of self-promotion and idiocy have pretty much worked to deflect all the attention, at least to this point.

Criminal activity regarding her emails? Is that why the FBI and the FBI Investigator General agreed she shouldn't have been charged? Now after a 2 year investigation into among other things the Clinton Foundation found and Uranium One found Hillary did nothing wrong. The fact that this shi* has been going on since 1992 with absolutely nothing to show for it besides a lie about a bj not to mention almost 12 years of Obama is a Kenyan Muslim is why people refer to you as deplorables.

It's because that's what you are irredeemably, unquestionably, beyond any and all doubt to a scientific certainty totally and completely deplorable.Deplorable yesterday, today and tomorrow deplorable.

you sound like you believe that Epstein killed himself.

Funny Trump does not even have a foundation anymore. I guess when you use your charity to buys portraits of yourself. You don’t deserve to have a foundation.

Trump said she would so I guess all of those idiots who listened to him, believed him. Direct your question to everyone on here who thought she was going down.
At the time he made that claim he has little idea that the FBI were corrupt Hilary sycophants. Trump’s pretty much let it go. We all should.

What doesn’t this mean? “Not have a foundation”?

What about the Wikileaks DNC email dump and the Russian bots? Do you think they also played a role?

The Comey letter was the clear but-for cause. The Russia bots likely played a very negligible role (although that doesn't make their existence less of an issue) and the post-leak poll changes has pretty well evaporated by election time.

I don't see it that way. You can't call half the country "deplorables" and think nothing bad is going to happen. She fired up her opposition. It was a god awful political blunder.

Luckily for her, she didn't do that.

She called half of Trump supporters deplorables. That's roughly a fifth of the country. And not only was she not wrong: she was very clearly, as it now undeniable, low-balling the figure. With 90% support among Republicans despite being cartoonishly dishonest and corrupt, and having no good faith policies, it's clear that it was always more like 80% of Trump supporters being shitty people, with the other 20% just being irredeemably fucking stupid.

Trump's economic numbers alone are enough to install him for a second term but this attitude by the left that people who disagree with them are stupid is going to pretty much ensure 8 years of Trump.

Trump on Democrats: "They are vicious, horrible people ... they are horrible people." Is that going to cost him the election? Hardly anyone has even commented on it. The massive double standard that the media holds the parties to may be something that matters in elections (and that also ties into the vague suggestions that Clinton is some kind of criminal despite a complete lack of evidence for that--and not for lack of looking).

Trump's economic numbers alone are enough to install him for a second term

What are his "economic numbers"?

If you're referring to unemployment and job growth, both of which slowed considerably upon him taking office, you're misplaced about those trends. If you're talking about the DOW, you're misplaced about that metric.

He hasn't had any policies that have noticeably benefited the economy. He has, however, blown up the deficit during an economic boom for the first time in US history in order to give tax breaks to the rich and shift the revenue burden onto the middle class. And he's taken the country even further into debt to give away subsidies using money largely borrowed from countries we're engaged in trade wars with. I agree that low unemployment is generally very good for an incumbent, but there is no reasonable argument that it would be reasonable to attribute unemployment numbers to Trump.

but this attitude by the left that people who disagree with them are stupid is going to pretty much ensure 8 years of Trump.

Well, just like your characterization of Clinton's statements were obviously inaccurate, so is your recitation of my position. I'll reserve judgment on whether the second is also a case of brazen dishonesty.

Not every person who disagrees with me or the left is stupid. Every person who thinks Trump has done a good job is absolutely, unarguably stupid or uninformed. And everyone who supports him is either one of those two things or just a hateful, rotten person.

More than that, they aren't "his" numbers. Not only is there no reasonable basis for connecting economic numbers to presidents in general, no one does that consistently, which suggests that it's not even a real belief.

Trump on Democrats: "They are vicious, horrible people ... they are horrible people." Is that going to cost him the election?

No, because he was clearly talking about Democrats in office.

Looks like Durham has taken over the hillary probe
