He got more recognition from that single fight than from his entire UFC career, he also got paid more (per fight). I wouldn't be so hasty with statements like that.

He didnt get payed much for broken bones and face. Maybe Im wrong but I dont think he wants to get out from another fight damaged like that. Especially when everything stops to hurt.. I dont know, but 50000 for destroying your body this way... Many other got less damage, bit still become hesitant in their future fights. We will see I guess.
