Lloyd E. Irvin 1990 rape trial

Following the alleged rape case against two Lloyd Irvin students, there has been rumors that Lloyd Irvin has also been tried for rape:

Can someone verify these claims? Is he the same person or is it just a very strange coincidence?

As he is a very powerful figure in the BJJ community and he is giving rape prevention classes, I think it would be very important that someone could verify these claims or that his name would be cleared.

Do you really think there would be two Lloyd E Irvin Jrs of the same age at the same small college at the same time in roughly the same area where TLI now operates?

All of these concerns were discussed in the other thread. It really didn't need to be turned into a separate thread. It's a 22-year old case. He was acquitted. He was an adult at the time, so there should be public records to confirm this.
