Hey there, im 17 5'11 and 158 pounds, i want to build better cardio and increase lean muscle, I was wondering if anyone could help with cardio/muscle building plan just using just my local highschool track field.

Unfortunately, a high school track field is not particularly conducive to building muscle, unless it has some weights set up on it.

When you say "better cardio", what aspect of "cardio" are you talking about? Lowering your resting heart rate? Being able to run really fast? Getting a quick recovery to resting heart rate after exertion? Being able to run a marathon? You can't really train "cardio" as that's a nebulous term. If there is a particular aspect of your conditioning that you'd like to train, you would design your track workouts to support that aspect.
