For those of you that cutomize their protein, list your variation in your protein and why. I'm a newbee in customization, just want some info, like true protein or protein factory thanks.
4 parts whey, 1 part casein. The whey is Biopure, the casein is Protein Factory Aussie Caseinate, but that doesn't really matter.
Why? Because it gives me both fast and slow digesting proteins in one blend. More fast than slow because I drink it during the day when I'm active. I keep straight Casein on hand, too, for night time. I either drink that or eat cottage cheese before bed.
