I don't like to cook so I like quick meals. In this thread let's list some healthy meals that can be prepared within 10 minutes. I'll start:

1.Trader Joe's peppers stuffed with Turkey, rice, and tomato.
2.PB&J sandwich on whole wheat bread.
3.Organic ground beef with the fat drained + guacamole and leafy greens
4.32 oz. smoothie with low fat, low sugar yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, natural peanut butter, 2% milk, green supplements, and ice.
5.Fish with salsa, guac, and veggies.

For breakfast I'll throw two pears, two bananas, two carrots, a fist full of kale, half a cup of oats and a cup of whole milk in my blender. Blend the hell out of it then down it. It's good.

Cup of milk, scoop of protein powder, tablespoon of peanut butter, a banana, half a cup of oats, and a teaspoon of cocoa powder makes an awesome meal replacement. Or, if you feel fruity, a half cup or so of frozen berries instead of the oatmeal and cocoa powder can be nice.

I buy a lot of salad ingredients, prepare them when I have free time on the weekend and put them all in containers in the fridge. Then during the week it's just a matter of cooking some protein and whacking it all on a plate. As easy a meal as you can get!

Not even sure if I'm allowed to link directly to this but I'm also taking the whole article as I'm only going to re-post it anyway:

    7-Minute Sweet Potatoes

Prep and Cook Time: 7 minutes

    Ingredients:
1 lb sweet potatoes, diced (if organic, do not peel)
2 cloves chopped or press garlic
Sea salt and pepper to taste
3 TBS extra virgin olive oil
    2 TBS ground pumpkin seeds
    2 TB fresh chopped rosemary

    Optional:
1/2 onion slice (cook with the sweet potatoes)
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground cloves

Add this easy-to-prepare, great tasting recipe to your Healthiest Way of Eating, and you will also be provided with 681% of the Daily Value for health-promoting vitamin A!
