He is not a U.S citizen.

Technically can he just stay out of the U.S. and avoid all repercussions?

I think Ireland does have an extradition treaty with the US, but the problem is that that is a treaty between two countries and it would be the state of new York that would seek extradition. In that case the state would have to ask the US government to request extradition, which sounds like a big hassle for a dude throwing a dolly.

do you understand how many cameras are in NYC?
He ain't going anywhere anytime soon.

There could be a New York warrant or US wide warrant so he can't run and if he somehow does extradition laws in Ireland probably exist.

Ali Abdelaziz will being sueing him for 30 million dollars for PTSS-related medical issues.

He's not a US citizen but he's in the US atm so getting out (if they bring criminal charges against him) could be tricky and if convicted of anything serious getting back into the US could also be difficult as he needs a visa.

If it was that easy I'm not a US citizen either so I'll book a return flight to NY, rob a couple of banks and then just fly home and keep the money.

If you're talking civil matters then yes he could avoid that but he'd never be able to go to the US or work for a US company or they'd take that money to pay for the damages.
