When i was at a grappling tournament yesterday, on my second match i pulled out of an armbar from my oppenents guard and after the match was over my arm was a little sore, so i thought no big deal. Later last night it was actully hurting and not just a nagging pain. My arm stings like hell to go any past about 85-80 degrees. But there is no bruising. Is this syptoms to a small ligiment tear or just sore from escaping the armbar. Thanks for any info you guys can get. By the way im getting it checked out withing the next day or two if this persists.
