I'm in the middle of week 10 since my shoulder surgery that comprised 8 different conditions, each of which would have merited its own surgery.
Yes, I am finally getting back on track. If anything I want my legs back. I'd like my upper body size back, but as far as strength goes, I'll leave it to squats, deads, and cleans.
I'm going to take Dan John's advice: "Add 100 pounds to your front squat and do 20 more pullups."
New GOALS to be accomplished before January:
Squat: 385x3
Front Squat: 275x5
Deadlift: 405x5
DB Bench: 100sx8
Pullups: 20
Clean: 260
Some ground to gain back.
