Good stuff Brah. My advice is to cut out carbs all together or limit to 50g or less a day. Stuff like peanut butter is rubbish for weight loss. Too much fat and carbs as well as sugar. Good luck. Check my thread if you want advice and inspiration.
 
my goal isn't solely weight loss. i've found carb cycling to be far superior for fat loss than staying in ketosis for a long period of time

Good stuff. Genetics plays a huge roll. You got to listen to your body. Keto for long is toxic on the body but, most diets that are restrictive tend to be. Keep it up!
