Interesting interview here. Jordan Chariton is a solid journalist and is a very liberal person. Jordan came to prominence this election cycle with his relentless attacks on Clinton's campaign and specifically Donna Brazille and her Russia dodges.

Jimmy Dore is a comedian and a host on the Young Turks. Both of these two were very weary of HRC and Jimmy out right refused to support her.

Here are some interesting notes I found that where I could reach across the isle and agree with these liberals.

1) Keith Olberman has lost his mind, sounds like a lunatic and seems to have a case of Trump-derangement syndrome were the try to dehumanize Trump and make him seem like an evil benevolent force.

2) Red-Baiting needs to stop. Anonymous sources from a professional spy agency are not credible sources. The people deserve concrete evidence before it is plastered in the media. There is no smoking gun.

3) Corperate Mainstream Media is using Russia as a distraction to keep eyes away from the fact that they were rejected this election and need to stop bowing down to special interest groups. The establishment candidate does not want to address why HRC lost so they use Russia as the conversation changer. DNC refuses to address their issues. MSNBC is doing ads showing that they are leaning more and more right. People want objectivity in their news. Joy Reid is terrible militant moron, compared the russian hacking to 9/11 and watergate. Chuck Todd has a sideways glance at Snowden over the Russia hack.

4) DNC needs an autopsy but will not admit they are dead in the water. Pelosi and Schumer are losers for this party and they will lose the next election under them. Even Krugman is Red baiting.

I think the real liberals are going to be distancing themselves from the DNC's rotting carcass and they will be forced to evolve due to their fatal flaw. Dems. Liberals reject democrats now and they have nowhere to go. Interesting times in the USA.

Here is an interesting piece of Jimmy interviewing Greenwald too about the state of journalism.

Jimmy Dore, can make solid points and does have a good sense of logic behind his commentary. Something that the left sometimes lacks in their pursuit of "feelings" based reasoning.

But make no mistake. Dore is still a huge Cultural Marxist Progressive Socialist that's big into identity politics.

He has flaws, as do we all.. I agree with much of what was said in the video though.

Questions about journalism aside, how can anyone have a meaningful prediction about whether or not Trump will have a second term? He hasn't even officially started his first term, so none of us have any clue on how popular his presidency will be, much less how popular it will be in 3-4 years. Maybe he will be a total rockstar, doing everything he can to improve the lives of people everywhere. He might be a total flop as well. Shouldn't we wait a while before making predictions?

Because democrats haven't acknowledged any of their flaws and are going to double down on their flaws.

How can any of us predict what the country will be feeling in 3-4 years though? I hope this isn't the case, but maybe people will be eating up that SJW shit at that time. And none of us can predict what kind of candidate they will select in their primaries. It could be someone that's incredibly moderate in response to a moderation of their party. We can't predict where their party will be in a few years, and we can't predict where our country will be either. This is just pure speculation and hope. Hope is not a method. If you want to stay in power, you need to work in the interests of the people and with the consent of the governed.

You are right that anything could happen, world events could shape different reactions from the parties but, what chance does the DNC have if liberals are going to abandon them and they abandoned liberals when they helped Hillary rig the primary.

George Bush, the Tea Party, and the Evangelicals divided the Republican party. This stuff happens all the time. At the end of the day, we are never more than one bad decision away from alienating people.

Meh. If he doesn't deliver he won't sniff a 2nd term. Also has to avoid getting impeached by doing something off the chain.

I'm hoping he does well and turns some things around, but we'll see.

Conservatives are easier to divide given their reliance and belief in independence. Liberals are better at sticking together in the name of a common cause even if it means sacrificing/being flexible on some of their individual beliefs.

Conservatives by nature tend to be more stoic and stubborn in what they believe. My experience/observation of it anyways.

It's why Liberals appear to be easier to 'brainwash' and buy into a hive minded mentality. You tend to have younger people with little life experience and immigrants who don't identify with the culture/identity of the place they're in buying into this thought process Vs the stubborn set in their ways Conservative who wants things to remain the same because 'that's the way it's always been'.

Conservatives will always feel like they have something to lose with change while the liberal will feel that change is needed because they don't have anything (or enough) of something to begin with.

In 8 years Ivanka Trump will be the first woman president and Hillary Clinton will be on suicide watch.

Bush did poorly and still won a second term because the DNC picked a brutal candidate to run against him. Who will they choose this time?

The Iraq war helped too tbf, I don't think he would have won otherwise even against Kerry.
