Iaquinta was one of the worst decisions of 2015. Benson fight was very close but Jorge edged it IMO. Ppl remember the spinning kick against Khabilov and he clearly won the 3rd but Jorge shouldve taken the first 2. They were much closer than round 3 obviously. Honestly Benson or Khabilov fight couldve been scored draws. I dont think Jorge has clearly lost a fight since Gilbert. Hes one of the best LWs in the world and could crack top 10 @ WW IMO, dont forget he easily 3-0d Tim Means whos 5-2 @ WW in UFC, with a VERY close loss to Neil Magny and who was giving Brown all sorts of problems and winning before he got rocked with elbow.

He was 5-1 in Strikeforce and 2-1 in Bellator as well dude is very consistent

WAR Gamebred one of the most slickest/technical/wellrounded 155-170lb fighters and one of the funniest and best personalities in MMA

Lettuce be real...

He's a great fighter who is his own worst enemy when he meanders through fights without purpose, takes rounds off and lets other fighters dictate the pace of the fight and where it goes.

Lettuce keep it real...

If he was more aggressive and took control of the fight more often, he'd probably have a better record.

Lettuce state facts...

His record is good, not great and it's his own damn fault and he lost those damn fights.

Lechuga.

I don't know about that, but I agree with the notion that he hasn't clearly lost since the Melendez fight. Although, his style and moments of inactivity (some say coasting) in fights lead to some extremely close rounds and controversial decisions as a result.

Lettuce be real, Broccoli Lesnar got diverticulitis from not eating his veggies after Mir stole his strawberries.

One of the most underrated fighters in the sport.

Tea Masvidal deserves some recognition from the UFC.

Rustam won that fight, and it's hard to argue that he didn't.

Masvidal style leads to these kind of fights and yea he's lost a couple he probably should of won but it's no ones fault but his own.

Still I really like watching him fight and he's a tough test for anyone.

He'll get his signature win soon and the masses will realize Masvidal is legit as fuck. He'll beat Larkin fairly easy imo.

I hate winners facing losers but I'd love to see Jorge vs Matt Brown next after Maia taps that ass.

I love Masvidal but you can't have that many razor thin fights left to the judges and hope to come out undefeated. Three really close decisions that I only thought he got screwed over in one (Al Iaquinta).

Jorges grappling is so underrated and slick/technical. Honestly i think its his best attribute even tho many think its his boxing which gets overrated at times.

If he imposes a grappling heavy gameplan he will shut down Larkin easy IMO. Larkins obviously one of the best strikers in the division tho so its not a cakewalk.

Meh, I think Jorge takes this on the feet too. Larkin has power but relatively bad fight IQ and cardio compared to Masvidal. I could see Jorge using pressure to get Larkin moving backwards, tagging him with jabs and hooks to the body.

Larkin is going to be a tough match up for Masvidal but I don't mind the prediction that Masvidal comes out on top. That being said, Matt Brown is going to KTFO Maia. If the fight goes to the ground, which it likely won't because Brown is a better reverse wrestler than Maia is a takedown artist, it will only be because Brown will have knocked Maia silly on the feet and pounds him to unconsciousness while standing over him.

Larkin has suspect defense but his kicks will be a problem IMO. Either way i think Gamebred is obviously the better more well rounded fighter here

Cereally? This is a fruity loopy thread. I really couldn't get past lettuce.

True, kicks are less of an issue when Larkin is moving backwards though, as is his power. You are right tough, this is Gamebred's fight to lose. He probably has a better chance going for the takedown but I love to watch him box people up. Boy has got hands.
