Hi guys
Im a big fan of ryan halls triangle sets, and marcelo garcias omoplata videos. Both amazing high quality, well thought out video sets.

But, speaking about the arm bar from the guard in no gi.... theres not much about.
All of the videos Ive found are very very old and outdated.
I have barrat yoshidas stuff but again thats kind of old.

Any opinions on the best video/video sets for the armbar from guard in NO GI
