    ...a ripped out bloody heart from a fresh dead animal right before a fight, full of testosterone and adrenaline could he test positive for banned substances? Or could he have an unfair advantage?

    Testosterone is barely orally bio-available. I don't know about adrenaline, but it has half life of a few minutes anyway.

    They wouldn't help and in all likelihood they wouldn't even show on the sample even if collected at the moment of peak absorption.

    Because it is a well known fact that testosterone is stored in the heart in massive amounts, especially if it's a fresh one. And of course it has more adrenaline than an MMA athlete produces during a fight.
    It's like some people live in a different reality than most of us.
