I didn't realize he has a meeting with NSAC this month...it does seem, now, that he might have an ulterior motive for revealing the results. Good observation.
I hate being so negative about the subject, I really love Vitor's fighting style and he seems like a great guy. I can't continue to call myself a fan of the man when things like this happen though. He isn't even really owning up to the fact that he failed the test. He is blaming the dosage and then quickly mentions that his tests after that were within range.
Another thing to consider is that the test he failed was administered by the NSAC. The post testing was done by HIS OWN doctors. Of course the results will show he is clean after! They're not being done by an official government body.
It truly is a sad day to be a Vitor fan if you are one. It really hurts the sport that the UFC actually supported this guy. When it all comes down to it, we will never know but I'd bet the farm the UFC has known about this all along. Why else would they EXCLUSIVELY have him fighting in Brazil?
