Fighters in 4 years...he's overrated...he's not Mexican..blah blah blah. I'm a big Cain fan and even I don't think he deserves an immediate rematch but whatever it's gonna happen like it or not sherdog. I would love to see them rematch very intriguing fight just not now Cain should've fought a top contender them rematch werdum. Anyways assuming this part 2 will be at sea level lol ima go with Cain this time but won't count out werdum (just like I didn't in their 1st fight)

He did what he thought he needed to do to win, and so did Werdum. He was finished.

As a fan, this is a terrible fight to make right now. I would rather have seen Arlovski get the shot.

They should make this fight at the top of Mount Everest, make Cain earn it.

One of the major reasons Cain lost to Werdum in the first place was his experience. The guy only has 15 fights to his name and he started in 2006. 5 of those fights were rematches.

He's still "green" by MMA standards since he hasn't fought enough variety and different styles. Werdum was the first Muay Thai fighter he has faced and it showed. He had no answer for the plum clinch.

I like Cain but I want to see him in new fights. Stipe, Arlovski, Browne, Hunt, Overeem. ANYONE.

Cain has as many successful title defenses as Brock Lesner.

So ridiculous. AA should still train like he is fighting because that caveman brain will convince Cain he needs to do some outrageous cross-fit bs and he'll blow out both knees.

Whether Cain 'deserves' the rematch or not, if he doesn't win he's probably not going to see another shot for a long time, if ever. Curious to see how he looks this time around.

Cain goes way of JDS if Werdum wins again. This rematch right now is just terrible. I liked it when even the major guys got busted back.

Why are they doing this when they have plenty of other contenders? I'm sure Werdum doesn't mind

Both of Brocks defenses were against interim champions. Doesn't that make it better than 2 defenses against ordinary contenders?

Cain will probably win the fight and blow his ACL out at the same time, sidelining himself for another 12 months.
