I know obviously using a drug that isn't tested for is how you could get away with it. But do UFC fighters have the resources to hire chemists to create those drugs? Maybe Conor or Khabib, but the rest IMO probably can't.

Yes. Because those chemists aren't working for just them, and get to use the data of each athlete to improve their results which grows their client base, so on and so forth.

There are even specialists who will give you a break at a certain point in your career, prove that you don't pop, and then take their cut.
