Jones trains three times a day. He works out in morning, he swims and works out in evening. There is no way he can recover for next workout without testosterone. I've been working out for a long time and i know that its hard to do mma trainings every day, let alone do couple of workouts per day. I went vegan a year ago and i workout 2 times a week, and i have at least 2 day pause between workouts. MMA training camp is so intense that almost impossible to do it without addiontional testosterone. Especially when you are black and you know most of black guys lose hair early in their life, they have lower testosterone than most of white people. MMA training camps will be reduced to few trainings per week and there will be no problem with TRT and other sh*t.
