Nope, not even close. The NBA has been around since 1946 and has different divisions and set schedules and venues. It is a mature sport.

That led to Lorenzo and his older brother Frank to pick up the UFC for $2 million back in 2001, installing Dana White as the company's president. Dana White built it from scorned stepchild of sports into a powerhouse. In 2016, they sold a majority (50.1%) of UFC to a group led by Endeavor for $4 billion, and now five years later the rest, 49.9. So, I would say DW had a big role in growing the UFC and I stand by my comment that he is a shrewd businessman.
