Lesnar doesnt have the mental capability to stand and pick his shots.

Probably bullrush Hunt and run into Hunts uppercut which he will have lowered & ready for Brocks takedown attempt.

Yeah, he is going to have to time his entry flawlessly, or set it up.

If he makes one mistake, Huntos Anvil mitts will seperate his consciousness from his body.

The interesting thing about this fight is that predictions about this fight are so polarized. You either believe Brock is going to be brutally knocked out or Brock gets it to the ground and quickly finishes it there. No grey area, it won't be a close fight in either direction. Classic grappler vs striker.

I think Hunto's lower center of gravity compared to Lesnar will def. help him out.

I think Brock should charge Hunt and attempt a flying kick to the head... Either way he closes the distance while limiting his chances of getting caught flush and has a greater chance maintaining control from there.

I do think Brock can possibly fake a takedown attempt and come over the top with a big right hand. Hunt should be careful of this, but at the same time Hunt might be able to surprise Brock when sprawling. Hunt could possibly make him pay from telegraphed takedown attempts while on the ground too. But definitely agree with what you said great post.

LMAO!!!

This would make my life

For real

Brock mainly shoots double-leg takedowns and that will be harder on Hunt because he is stocky as you said, also the uppercut can definitely land.

I think he should fake a shot, the. Come over the top with an overhand right swung from his grandmas house. He can also take a hell of a punch. Hunt may need more than one.

That has been the case with most Brock fights though. His fans worship his size and muscles, and literally cannot imagine him losing to anyone ever. "Brock via donkey kong!" would be their prediction no matter who he was fighting. They have blocked out his multiple devastating losses from their memory.

War Hunt RIP Lesnar. No doubt Brock will show up game, but if Cains fist could hurt him Hunts will kill him.

I'm hoping it actually takes more than 1 punch. After the first one I expect a new Brock breakdancing moment to be created. Maybe a walk off Ko by Hunt with a dancing Brock, then he slumps to the canvass. Yes that is now my prediction.

Brock may not get knocked out but will be in some hilarious panic mode.

Yes but I think the possible outcomes are even farther apart this time.

Hunt has a weakness in his ground game, though it's improved. If it goes to the ground, I think he gets McCorkled. But as was stated above, Hunts low center of gravity will make it difficult to get it there. All of Brock's past opponents were better on the ground than Hunt, but Hunt I would argue poses the biggest knockout threat.

beautifully stated. LOL!

I agree with you that those are the likely outcomes, just commenting on Brock fans. They simply cannot picture a scenario where he doesn't impose his will, even though he couldn't control a 50 year old Randy Couture who he outweighed by like 100 lbs.

Reminds me of when Steve-O ran into Mike Tyson's fist at the Roast of Charlie Sheen.

I think Brock'll probably get at least one takedown though, in all seriousness.. but Hunt's been on the ground with people more dangerous than Brock in my opinion. Debatably not as strong, debatably not as big... We'll have to see how Hunt reacts to that first takedown because if he can survive it, I think Brock's in for a short and painful night.
