My mom will be 80 in a few days, and I swear if she’s running late for “her show” (The Five on Fox) at 5:00 she sprints faster to that tv than Usain Bolt. It’s incredible.

There is a vested interest in not telling these stories and not telling the true and bloody history of the civil rights movement and the labor movement in the United States.

And now DoD is removing true stories of diverse US veterans from their site.

The Military is being whitewashed, literally.

My moms 83 ( she still looks 20 years younger, the doctors are actually puzzled bc she doesn’t live a healthy lifestyle she lives on sugar etc etc..but she had 3 other sisters that passed and they all smoked ) but her personality has become not the same it’s a real thing even my brother is just miserable and they both keep watch negative brainwashing Fox does but it’s a good horror movie concept though….lol

Not only that but that's the US claiming credit for the work the Soviets did. Because something something communism...

We were all Johnny-come-lately and then acted the bad@ss. Then we pilfered Nazi scientists, and almost left the Nazis in charge of Germany, because fundamentally we didnt wholly disagree with them, we just wanted to be the big Empire on the block.

Trump's regime is no different. Try to harness the power of dictators rather than combat it. Treat minorities as if they're the help. Treat the working class as if the wealthy are entitled to our labor and to set the cost for it, regardless or the cost of living.

My wife and I just watched this a couple weekends ago, good flick, this entire DEI unit ended up accomplishing what the Military thought was previously impossible:

I've been getting a lot of threats on social media by right wingers to report me to ICE because I dare to engage with them.

Part of me kind of hopes it happens. Good way to radicalize my own kids incidentally, and I'll be looking at a huge Federal lawsuit for unlawful detainment. I'd be tickled if they wasted a whole day with me.
