Possible but I doubt it. I remember Shahbazyan was the next best thing then fought someone decent and looked horrible. I do say stylistically Chimaev has more of a chance of being great. I do remember thinking Israel was a hype job but he's proven to be very good.

If by "smash your boy" he means jab from the outside, clinch excessively, land the occasional nice clinch separation elbow and win a narrow decision victory then yes, he may well "smash" Dana's boy.
