I've been trying to do the balancing lately in Jui Jitsu class. Crap is really hard to do. I fall on my face almost every time trying to stand.

Wow, that sprawl drill the do first looks awesome. You sprawl and use the arm to stop the ball, just like stopping the shot with the crossface or underhook. Looks like that would be a really useful way to drill the sprawl, easier and faster than doing it with a partner, as you always hold back a bit from sprawling on your partner too hard.

the drills were very cool, but i enjoyed watching those guys relax an act silly with the kids. it reminded me that it's cool to train your ass off but it also helps to get the good quality bullshit time in too.
