leg lock

what kind of leg lock? straight ankle, toe hold, heel hook, inverted heel hook, kneebar, calf slicer...what do you mean ?

leg locks is comprised of several different submissions. it's no different than asking someone "how do you do an arm lock?" he's going to reply, "which one?"

there are knee bars, toe holds, calf cranks, achilles lock and many more from different disciplines such as BJJ, Sambo, Catch etc...

Horrible instruction on too many levels. Poor positioning...especially considering that he is teaching. One would thing that since he is going slow, he would at least have good basics.
 
Search youtube for "toehold".

I guarantee you that you will find at least 4 or 5 quality toehold instructionals.

lol, my first thought was that it was a couple guys that watch too much of 'the ultimate fighter', and decided to act like they know something.

it's never good when the demonstrator is so out of shape he is grunting when he awkwardly crawls around.
