Lately I've been doing some unilateral work and noticed that my right side is stronger than my left. What's the best way to correct this? Keep lifting the same on each side? More weight on the left? More reps with the left?

I used to experience the same thing--my dominant side was stronger. I think it was mainly because I was mentally focusing on it more, eg doing fuller reps with better form or leaning slightly over to the right when doing chin-ups, etc. But mentally focusing on the left side while doing side-equal exercises definitely helped, and now both are about equal. Still some slight differences, but perfect symmetry is rare, even genetically.

Keep doing the same on eachside. Train the weaker side first.
