Left Hook is the best takedown - Michael Bisping

And the Rockhold KO was a fluke, practically anybody could have walked into that arena and KO'd Rockhold on that night.

OK now you're just being totally ridiculous.

Anderson Sliva was off-roids and so far past his prime it wasn't even funny. Luke was a fluke and Bisping looked awful against Hendo.

Meh, I think mind games are overrated in their effectiveness on here. They make fights fun but they don't win them IMO.
I think you don't know what you're talking about. Luke was pissed and he pressed too much, i guess saying it was a fluke is easier though. You have excuses for all of his wins. Im still trying to figure out when you think Bispings prime was. Before CB he had lost many fights, looked just as pillow fisted and chinny as he did later. Except for the "fluke" against Luke of course.

Fighters decline 37+ seems to be were there prime years end 28-35 seem to be the peaks of there prime

Reminder that Bisping was 38 in this fight and was finished in the first round by Gastelum about a month later.
So? GSP was 36 and had been out for 4 years. Bisping was also on a 5 fight winning streak.

You can't use the Gastelum fight as an indicator of how good Bisping was at the time. He took that fight on 3 weeks notice after being choked out and hadn't trained for a guy like Gastelum. Meanwhile he had a full training camp for GSP.

Gastelum can KO anybody out at any given moment.

The most obvious is Conor saying he'll crush Nate's guard and submit him.

meant to post earlier, but John Hackleman and that dude in the alley both attest to the benefits of the left hook as a 'takedown'
