Do any1 here sometimes feel you have hit a learning plateau?

The point is that, you already know the bits and tricks of a certain sub, say, pulling the legs in a triangle, getting it tight etc.

After you know all these, you follow up by rolling to get used to the movement of putting it on. Roll a number of times more through all the main subs there are. And by a number I mean for a period of, say, 6 months.

Then thereafter do you feel like you learn almost nothing at all? Yesterday's roll will be like today's roll, where you are trying to get position, then submission etc. In another words, you feel like you are doing the same thing.

Just part of the ups and downs of jiu jitsu.. As long as you continue to train, you will be getting better.
Try staying away from the same moves you use all the time.. Open your game up and try new things you didnt think you could pull off..

Your not going to reach a plateau in 6 months..
Your still a rookie man, keep training.

Its normal. Sometimes you have to just learn and react instead of analyzing too much.
