    Live positional rolls tonight after the first 13 min entire class did


    Almost getting a very weird sideways knee crank from like a knee scissors compression aka calf slicer type position

    Rolling toe hold right away after back escaping, the 2nd time tonight

    The Class and I doing 1 min positional rolls which was be4 the other rolling
    from Oma Plata, LegHook Guard, then Back w Backpack Lasso control

    2 Toe Pulls/Kamikazi/compression, rolling toe hold, and exorcist neck crank etc. some diff oma plata counters
