im not sure if this is the right spot for this question but here it is.
is layering clothing while working out a good way to lose weight. i know it helps u lose water weight,but does it help at all with burnig fat better and how does it if at all. thanks in advance
 
For the most part no. The increase in core body temperature could cause you to burn a few more calories, but it would be too small of an amount to make it worth it.
 
so its not worth doing it unless i need to make a weight
 
You're better actually being cold becuase your body burns more calories to keep itself warm.

Extra clothing will make you sweat more water out. Not burn much more fat.
