I take creatine before bed. Timing doesn't matter really it's just about increasing the overall amount you've got. I don't "load" it or any of that shit either.

So, a jerk PR of 90kg isn't something to throw a parade for but I'm really proud of this kid. He started lifting with me three months ago regularly and in that time he's committed to putting on weight to fill out his lanky frame and takes his training very seriously.
Three months ago his HBBS PR was 90kg, now he jerks it. I'm really proud of him.
 
I take all of Tosa's post seriously because that's how I imagine him. A humorless guy who is insanely paralyzed by analysis in many aspects of life. Little fun, lots of time in the gym, with apparently little social life, insanely anal about diet when he weighs under 190 lbs, etc, etc.
