Jones beat DC twice but DC went up and beat the HW champ and also defended the HW belt so it's a confusing situation. As long as Jones shows no desire to fight at HW I'm ok with DC being p4p #1.

Boxing rankings are just as subjective, but they're much better about dropping fighters for inactivity.
