Latest start to a 1st fight of PPV? 10:23EST

I can't recall the first fight of a PPV starting this late (23 minutes) into a broadcast.
Can anyone think of another example?
Usually is around 10:15 mark.

edit: we're now at 10:50 and the 2nd fighters haven't even walked out yet.
