File it under CAN fighting. Ido and Canner created it. It's effective over CANS in the lower leagues but doesn't work against elite boxers and fighters. Notice the losses always end in submission and when the boxing gets tough their the first to shoot for TD (conner and lando). LOL

Ferguson was too big and tough for him. Should have fought someone his own size, this being his ufc debut and all. He's got balls that's for sure. Reminds me of the Conor vs Nate matchup actually.

He needs to shore up his defense a bit but I liked his style. I love unique fighters. There are so many cookie cutter fighters in MMA who fight the exact same way. Always refreshing to see someone buck the trend.

I waz really impressed with Landon Calrissian's performance.

He made a huge rookie mistake standing armz down & letting Ferg punch him in the face though. It damn sure looked tough az hell... but if you're not worried about taking a shot... then just come at him with your own gunz blazing at him (Sanchez / El Nino style) Don't just stand there & let him hit you with nothing in return.

Anyway... I waz super impressed with his ability to step out of the shadow's & make a showing like that against one of the top guyz in the division.

More important than the name of his style is the fact that he was mixing it up with the right amount of "ignorance" (read "disregard").

Can't say I don't enjoy a good face first brawl myself. Just think the guy is being highly overrated at this point, he will certainly be in some fun fights though.
