Landlords dog just got sprayed by a skunk

Used to have a german shephard that got sprayed all the time. Awful smell and really takes a while for it to go away.

You need to tell him to call in professionals. It may even be soaked into the carpet. I had this happen to some friends and they tried to move back in after the cleanup crew but found out it had soaked in and had to tear up carpet and matting and have it replaced.
