One to two days? They better give me nice rental.

Bro, this news is something our drivers should know about. Don't tell us.

You think we Sherdoggers drive ourselves around?

Lamborghini engineers tried to take shortcuts but learned there's no easy way out.

oh man this means i have to switch to my number 2 grocery car

Eh. Doesn't bother me. I'll just keep them in my garage.

Nobody drives these things anyway. I checked out used Lambos online and the highest miles I found was 30K on a 2007. Most are under 20K miles.

How do you get a woman home with a driver in your Lambo?

Didn't know we had so many Lamborghini drivers here we should make our own thread to discuss these fantastic machines.

I suspect it's an overflow problem because they say it happens with a full tank. You run that engine for a minute and the tank is no longer full.

even though, tanks are pretty contained -- unless somehow vapour is triggering it -- but goddamn, that is an oversight.

Maybe they use a plastic tank that bulges when full and the exhaust runs close to it. I'll have to look at mine.;)

This thread is about a Lamborghini, not a Rolls.
Even if it's a motorcycle, we Sherdoggers hire someone to drive us. We're wealthy for a reason.

I mean it's fine if you want to drive yourself, you broke animal

I remember when the old pinto's had these two bolts that stuck out behind the rear bumper and would puncture the gas tank upon getting lightly rear ended -- You know that car had to be designed on the friday afternoon before a long weekend.

The Pinto problem was when they got hit from behind, the fuel tank got pushed forward into the back cover on the differential which cut the tank open spraying gas under the car on the exhaust system. I installed many of the guards on Pintos when I worked at a Ford dealership in the 70s.

Ford also had the 60s Mustangs and Fairlanes that used the fuel tank for the trunk floor.
