Did anyone else seem kinda confused by the Brock fight, yes I know Brock is extremely strong on top and what not but it seemed like hunt was just expecting the ko to come by its self he didn't really engage Brock long enough in close range to make anything happen
And he looked worse on the ground that he has since probably shockwave 2004 just seemed a little lackluster on his part ...

On the ground I don't think anything can be said - better grapplers have gotten dominated on the ground by Brock. Hunt has never had the athleticism or technique on the ground to deal with someone like Brock.

Hunto is basically engineered for KO blows in standing exchanges. I suppose in retrospect it seems like Hunt should have went after him more on the feet - take more chances - because he hardly exchanged. Easy to say now, but at the time I'm sure Hunt was aware Brock was just waiting for him to throw so he could dive at his legs.

He tried to push off Brock .... If you look at the way Hunt has escaped from his back in the past, it was more pushing and using his strength type of moves. Brock was just too big for him. Hunto's escapes were never that technical, not like Cain Velasquez who used the butterfly guard or whatever.
