I want to see what happens with Palhares. If McGregor was content with not returning to the United States I would think he could POSSIBLY get away with it. Bellator russians fight in Russia all the time, even their champion Minakov. I agree it's super unlikely but for a fighter who isn't a U.S. citizen it might not be clear cut.
