Hey guys, long time lurker looking for some quick advice

Have been thinking about getting into some kind of organised training, I used to do a lot of les mills pump/bodycombat for the cardio element, wasnt too interested in learning serious fighting technique until i moved to london

lots more stabbings here than in melbourne ;/

some of my friends back home were heavily into aikido, and it looks fun/impressive, but not terribly practical. I like the practical focus of krav maga from what ive seen, and was wondering if anyone would be able to recommend some reputable schools in london that teach it?

primarily interested in cardio and self defence, focus on small weapons rather than developing any competitive sports fighting ability, if that helps?

    thanks in advance!

Look for any IKMF School, the instructor course is no joke, if he's teaching it he's good. KM is exactly what your looking for, it will give quick results.
