The real kicker is the last sentence of the article.
I feel bad for the next person he's going to kill.
Grady, 18, was sentenced today to three years of probation for punching a 15-year-old girl at the Sidney Johnson Vocational Center, a Syracuse public high school. He has spent three weeks in jail since being arrested in mid May.
Three years ago, a 15-year-old Grady punched a frail man -- leading to his death -- outside a West Brighton Avenue store. Grady was charged with second-degree manslaughter for participating in the "knockout" game.
Grady served 18 months in juvenile detention, the maximum punishment allowed under law for a youngster who commits that crime.
Soon after returning to school in 2015, he was charged with disorderly conduct for threatening to "knock out" a Corcoran school administrator. He's still facing a disorderly conduct charge in that case.
The real kicker is the last sentence of the article.
He won't have a criminal record.
