I have this one bad cut on my knee and everytime I let it heal it just gets re-cut. There is a lot of scar tissue there. How do I protect my knee so I can train?

I am not sure how well it will work for a knee, but anytime I get mat burn on my feet, I put a 2-3 coats of New Skin on it, and then rub some Body Glide over the top. It does the trick. You could try the Body Glide, only, on your knee when it is not cut.

Same thing happened to me so I got neoprene knee pads. Helped a lot. They aren't too expensive, maybe 20-30$... my knees thank me every time I train.

Testosterone Replacement therapy should help you grow a set. just a joke. but forreal, knee sleeves or even better, SPATS

Tagerderm if it is an abrasion or has some surface area.

Knee pad on top of the dressing.

Mueller pro-level kneepads - really cut down on my knee pain as well. Sometime get stuck in half guard though.

it'll eventually scar up enough that it won't rip open anymore. i have an immovable ankle after a nasty car wreck and b/c i couldnt flex my foot my toes would drag constantly and get torn open... now they are calloused pretty good even though i dont train as regularly anymore.
