Ok...well I know in rubber guard I'm supposed to squeeze my knee in and curl my leg down...heres my problem. At my gym it's pretty wrestler heavy and I'm one of the smaller guys there. Even when squeezing my tightest after a slight struggle they are able to just muscle my knee to the floor. What are some tips on how I can strengthen the squeeze of my knees, or is going for mission control not as effective against people significantly stronger and heavier than you?
