Knee injuries

I injuried my knee in judo and I have water on my knee. Anybody else have this and what was the draining like? I've already seen the Doc. and he prescribed some cortosteroid pills and to ice it four times a day but no luck. I've seen some of the footage of knee drainings on youtube and it looks it is painfull.:icon_cry2

Judo is pretty dangerous... especially when practicing with newbies.

Elevation

The draining isnt too painful - the doc will give you some happy medicine.

Been doing the rice method for a couple of weeks but no luck. I'm going to finish out the pills and go from there. Your right about the newbies, of the twelve years I've been doing judo my injuries come from newbies more times then not.
