Basketball is a trash talkers sport (ie part of the game). Word, just words and gestures.

If you cannnot handle that then there is football, hockey, boxing, mma, etc so that you can actually hit people and not resort to sucker punching.

I never stopped talking shit. It's a basketball skill itself.
