    Was just talking about this and also having the conversation on weather to swing the arm or not.
    I like to swing......Yeah I said it.

    You need to bend your wrist more, it should be a 90 degree bend......

    its more of a personal preference than anything, i find the more horizontal I swing my arm, the later the pivot is on the kick. watch thais training, youll notice most of them dont swing straight down, or perfectly horizontal, but somewhere in between.
