Hello,I am 16 years old and a 2 month beginner in kickboxing? Are there any exercises that I can do at home to improve my technique or anything else?I am 1,80 m and 95 kgs.

Shadowbox in front of a mirror and record yourself hitting the bag if you have one.

I'm the same age as you, and started muay thai 2 years ago.. just learn as much as you can from your classes, imitate the more experienced guys and find what works best for you, and keep your hands up. Thats really everything you need to know going in, you will learn everything else

Skipping. It does wonders for footwork and cardio.

If you're training regularly, then the next best thing IMO would be to do basic stuff when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed. Right when you get up, do some shadow boxing & footwork drills, static stretches, calisthenics, plyometrics. At your age, you should be trying to build up your body, maybe take up a S&P program like 5x5 Stronglifts. Maybe think about yoga to get more limber and learn a good stretching routine. If you have it in you, go for a morning run to work up your cardio.

There are any variety of things you can do, but more important than anything is to train.

Run. Everyone who joins my gym(including me) suddenly has the urge to go running twice a week and compare notes. Also shadow box in front of the mirror but videoing yourself is optional because I did it and I didn't have the ability to dissect it without a training partner.

Shadowbox full rounds in front of a mirror.

It'll help your form, technique and your cardio.
