I would personally recommend taking both (if you can), with an emphasis on one and the other just to compliment. Sort of like your BJJ focus with wrestling/judo to compliment or vice versa. Example: 3-4 days of Muay Thai and 1-2 days of boxing per week.
You don't have to start both right away. Just choose the one that appeals to you more after trying them both out and focus on that one. You can mix the other in later if you so choose.
