There are many Chechen exiles living in Europe who hate Kadyrov. Usually those are separatists or people who supported separatist movement.

He's a Chechen. Even if Khamzat himself lives outside of Kadyrov's reach in Sweden, he obviously has many loved ones still residing in Chechnya. Probably not a good idea to reject the local despotic warlord if you don't want to make the lives of said loved ones a lot worse.
