Exaggeration, promotion, you gotta try to look passed it.

Khabib was great, but I think a lot of people saw paths to victory over Khabib too.

Does AKA have more UFC champs than any other camp? Off the top of my head JW has had 3 (4 I guess if GSP is included)... Maybe tied with ATT for 4? Despite the criticism for injuries, seems like Javier has a little bit of knowledge...
 
Every fighter has a hole somewhere that can be exposed by another fighter. Anderson Silva, Barao, JJ, Ronda, Conor are the purest examples of this. To think your fighter has no holes is very naive in my opinion. No holes until somebody else figures them out. C'mon Javier.
 
Kabob GASSED. Don't listen to his trainer. It's a bias review meant to protect Kabob's weaknesses. The man gassed in 2 rounds. It will take only 2 rounds for the McGoat to KO him back to the Soviet time.
 
Joe apparently knows more about striking than this guy and most guys on this forum. Khabib did show some really bad habits while standing, even if it does look like his jab has improved a lot (and credit where credit is due for that). He has amazing wrestling, but I simply don't understand why people get their knickers in a twist when somebody like Joe points out that his standup is less than perfect when it is obvious to anyone who knows a bit on the subject. It's literally his job.
 
This doesn't make any sense to me. Say Rogan is wrong, and Khabib doesn't have any holes and is invincible. What changes? Rogan giving his opinion doesn't have any baring on the actual skill that Khabib possesses. Why are people so angry lol?
 
I said it right after the fight, if Khabib strikes like that with Conor, moving straight back with his chin in the air, he's fucking toast.

I really don't think anyone figured out Fedors, he just lost his fire and give a shit. Until then he beat everyone.. Everywhere.. Stand up, on the ground.. Didn't matter. He was complete. I don't think anyone exposed gsp either really, he just stopped for unwritten reasons.

And then half of Sherdog treats it as Gospel because golly, it's not like that person would be biased or anything.

I don't think he was saying khabib has no holes in his game, just that joe fixated on what khabib did wrong as opposed to the fact that he was able to win long stretches of the fight with just his jab.

The major problem is that Khabibs chin has been up the last 3 fights that Joe has called. Nothing changed Saturday night, it’s nonsense to think, as Joe put it, that Al showed or exposed some secret weakness of Khabibs to the world, absolutely ludicrous. Watch the Barbosa and RDA fight, Khabib looked the same. Everybody’s jumping on it now cause Joe made a huge deal about it even though Khabib was winning all the exchanges...... “Oh I bet Connors screaming at the tv!!!” Lame as ....
 
Imo Khabib is great but he sucks at the same time. Seems like a fighter from ufc 1. Prime Royce vs khabib would be a cool match up.
