Fewest significant strikes absorbed per minute amongst active lightweights, around 1.5. Coincidentally, Khabib attempts 1.5 takedowns for every minute he spends on his feet.

Highest percentage of ground control and clinch control amongst active lightweights, 87% in the clinch and 96% on the ground. No other lightweight has above 70% on both.

According to the same website, Ferguson has almost one submission attempt per trip to the ground as well. This explains his placement on the graph above, as it is due more to a willingness to fight off of his back than anything else.

ONE. MORE. WEEK. <{smellit?}>

I really thought the fight was this weekend, then I realized that the Final Four was occurring this weekend. The UFC wanted no part of competing against college ball.

They are neck and neck with soccer not basketball

I’ll be glad once it’s all over. I’ve kept my fingers crossed and try to talk about it very little. Mostly in broad terms.

Time seems to be going very slowly though. The fact there is no other UFC events going on doesn’t help matters. The recent Invicta card was pretty good. And I’ve watched UFC 1-16 the last few days.

But it’s just not doing it for me. This main event needs to happen one week from now.

Honestly think this fight is better than Khabib/Conor. That fight is special but this one gets me off.
Agreed it is, but the thought of Conor getting his ass beat by Khabib gets me excited and giddy..

I'm a sick man...:(

Um I thought it was hips don't lie

This is twice the fight Conor Khabib would be.

The Conor fight would just be "does he land the strike or does he get mauled".

I've no idea what that is but isn't the UFC meant to be bigger than 'soccer' in Brazil already according to Dana so surely it's bigger than whatever a 'Final Four' is in the US.

There's only 2 years to go until the UFC is the biggest sport in the world, again according to Dana in 2009.
