As reported by UFC Tonight. I could see him beating either guy, but they would be tough fights. I'd like to see Miller up against that suffocating ground game he has but Cowboy can make an exciting fight with anybody. I'm sure the UFC will grant his wish. How do you see either potential matchup going?

That or a fight against Bendo if he wins - would both warrant a title shot.

I can't wait to see him fight high-level grapplers / grinders like Bendo and Miller

Good call. I'm not a fan but I think he deserves it.

I think he would smother both guys.

That's fair. I was hesitant about Khabib for a while, but he's for real. I want to see him test himself against the very best.

The one person I don't think he'd be able to smother is Bendo. Which is why I want to see that fight.

I see Khabib beating both quite decisively. I rather see Khabib fight TJ Grant, Nate Diaz, or Ben Henderson tbh.

The return of TJ Grant is a myth at this point. So disappointing. There was a rumor Grant was gonna fight Diaz for a title shot but I guess that was scrapped when he realized he wasn't ready to return.

I would like to see him fight Miller over a Cowboy. Better styles match up imo

I think Miller would give him hell. Khabib would and should be the favorite, but i'd love to see that fight hit the mat

I know MMA math is dumb but if Thomson did I think Khabib would outgrapple Bendo. But I don't think the fight would stay on the ground all the time, Bendo striking is better and he would be game. Khabib by close UD.

It's the match I want to happen as well.

Nate doesn't stand a chance against Khabib the way I see it going.

Thomson is so under rated it's crazy, he's been a top guy forever. He'd beat Khabib.

He should fight Bendo if he wins.

I think that's pretty fair! You just beat a top 7 guy in RDA

I didn't mean to rate him low, personally I think he, Bendo and Gil are all in the same and really high level, at the top of the division.

It's just that Khabib grappling is absurdly good

Khabib beats either one of them easily. Seems like he's trying to take the safe route.

What would be interesting is if Khabib wins that fight and Rustam beats Bendo. That would put them in quite the predicament.

His grappling is very good, but even with his win over RDA, I don't see his grappling being nearly as effective as it has been with the three guys you just named. Even Miller/Cerrone I think he'd have a difficult time with. Miller more so.

i think he'd have trouble with bendo. miller's wrestling isn't great, but I'd like to see khabib fight guys like gil, or even maynard.

Khabib beats Cerrone fairly easily, i'd say. Jim is a tougher fight.
